Refund Policy

Rightjoin Studios LTD wants you to be happy with your new purchase of Influencemeter subscription. This policy outlines the refund process for all purchases made through the Influencemeter website (“www.influencemeter.ai”) and mobile applications. We will do our best to promptly assist you.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Influencemeter uses a system of recurring payments for subscriptions: your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of every billing period depending on the subscription type you have chosen (e.g., monthly, yearly, etc.). If you choose a yearly subscription, we will charge the whole amount for the subscription period in a single payment. If you'd like to stop further subscription renewals, you must cancel your subscription in your account settings. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

If you have registered for a free or discounted trial subscription and do not wish to continue with the paid subscription, you must cancel your trial before the trial ends to avoid being charged the subscription fee. If your trial has already converted into a paid subscription and you request a refund, the trial period will be considered a part of the paid subscription.

Please note that unused subscription time is non-refundable, but you will be able to use paid features until the end of the paid subscription period.

NON-REFUNDABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Our paid subscription fees for the use of Influencemeter digital content are non-refundable, except for cases where the delivered digital content is proven to be defective.

Under EU law, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, but this right is waived once the delivery of the content begins. The delivery of digital content (such as in-app items, access to premium features, etc.) starts at the moment when the digital content is added or enabled on your Influencemeter account or is otherwise made accessible to you. At this point, your transaction is final, and you do not have a right to obtain a refund.

REFUND REQUESTS THROUGH APP MARKETPLACES OR PAYMENT PROCESSORS

If you request a refund through an app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.) or a payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.), the refund will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective platform.

For purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google. The eligibility for and issuance of refunds are solely determined by Apple or Google, as per their respective Terms and Conditions. Rightjoin Studios LTD does not have the authority to process refunds for purchases made on these platforms.

UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS

In case your payment card has been charged without your authorization (e.g., the card was stolen or compromised), your payment service provider (i.e., bank or other credit institution) is responsible for a refund of such unauthorized payment. We suggest you immediately contact your payment service provider in case of an unauthorized transaction to get further proper guidance.

CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

To ensure that our products and services comply with legal standards, we may introduce changes to this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Refund Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Refund Policy to stay informed about our refund practices.
